During this stage we want to get to know you, meet face-to-face (or as close to it as possible) and make sure that we connect as people. At NightOwl, our team synergy and chemistry are very important.

Client Interview
At this point in the interview process, the NOC team has interviewed you and thinks that you are fantastic for the position. Now, we will schedule another interview between you and the client for the role.
