This stage allows for NightOwl to make more objective, evidence-based talent decisions that both reduce bias and drive better outcomes. This stage allows us to look past just the interview to see more about how you think and are as a person -- which is what truly matters!

Assessment Result

This stage will show the assessment score indicating if the applicant have passed or failed

Stage 5

Client Interview

At this point in the interview process, the NOC team has interviewed you and thinks that you are fantastic for the position. Now, we will schedule another interview between you and the client for the role.

To set you up for success, the NOC team will:

review your resume with you
go over some interview tips and tricks
a general summary of what the client is looking for
answer any questions you may have

Hired

During this stage, we will reach out to you to discuss:

the job offer
go over the employment contract
the offerings of NightOwl
give you an overview of the training and career plan!
